Availability of fodder seeds with terms

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Indenting authority should depute his representative(s) to this station to collect and check the quality of fodder seeds.
2. Responsibility of this station will be ceased after booking the consignment from Railway Station/Transport agencies/outer agencies. Any shortage/pilferage/missing/ damage of the consignment shall not have the responsibility of this Station.
3. The seeds will be despatched against firm despatch instructions sent by the indenting agency along with 100%  advance payment.  While placing the order, kindly indicate the place, name of Road carrier/Railway Station and the goods will be despatched only on freight to-pay basis. Carrying charge of fodder seeds by hired vehicle from this station will be approximately Rs. 1200/- (1 ton capacity) & Rs. 3600/- (3 ton capacity) to book at Transport agencies, Kolkata and which will be borne by the Indenting authority.
4. Selling price of fodder seeds mentioned above are provisional subject to the final approval by the Ministry of Agriculture.  In case, there is any increase in the prices of the above, the difference of the same will be charged later from the party to whom the supply of seeds has been made on the above provisional rates basis
5. Packing & forwarding charge of fodder seed will be Rs.2/kg.
6. Cost of  each gunny of Foundation seeds is Rs. 55/- and Rs. 80/- for T.L. Seed respectively
